Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery inside Kathmandu Valley is free for purchase of Furniture & Mattress Only/-

For Delivery and Fitting outside Kathmandu Valley.

1. For Sales Rs. 300,000/- and above*

a. Transportation Cost – FREE

b. Technician Charge – Rs. 2,500/- per person per day – FREE

2. For Sales Rs. 100,000/- and above*

a. Transportation Cost – Actual cost basis by customer

b. Technician Charge – Rs. 2,500/- per person per day – FREE**

3. For Sales below Rs. 100,000/-

a. Transportation Cost – Actual cost basis by customer

b. Technician Charge – Rs. 2,500/- per person per day (exclusive of VAT)

No Delivery shall be entertained without 100% Advance received in our Bank Account.

Once Goods are Sold it cannot be exchanged or returned.

All goods are delivered with Pre Delivery Inspection at our warehouse and hence any claims after delivery is not entertained.

Any Manufacturing defect under warranty shall be repaired/replaced depending on nature of complaint.
